Designed to fit in OEM hard saddlebags without optional OEM felt fabric liners installed. If your CVO has speaker lids, audio amps, and/or remote key-less lock systems, unfortunately this Top Shelf Saddlebag Organizer will not fit due to the internal hardware interference these systems create
